I am a learning and organizational development consultant with over 30 years experience. That experience includes time inside Training and Human Resource functions where I designed and managed skill development programs that improved the performance of individuals, teams and business groups. I learned what worked, what didn’t work and the important role technology can play in developing people and organizations. Using that experience I then led design and consulting teams at leading digital learning agencies and training providers to help client organizations improve their performance.
I now work independently, leading projects and partnering with colleagues and digital agencies as needed to meet the unique needs of my clients. Together our expertise spans learning strategy, digital and traditional learning design, organizational development and management consulting for the human side of your business.
