Kristine brings 25 years of experience in learning, leadership and business management to the table. This includes senior roles with private sector organizations including CAE, CSRA International and Accenture. This experience – building strategies, setting targets, leading teams, and managing the levers of a business – gives Kristine the credibility needed to facilitate learning and performance improvement for all levels of employees.
For the past 6 years, Kristine has led a successful consulting practice advising, facilitating, leading change and delivering on learning and communication initiatives related to technology and culture transformation. She works closely with defence & security organizations, across all levels of government, with education and not for profit institutions.
Kristine has excellent executive presence and is an authentic leader who listens and builds trusted relationships. She understands how to influence and work across traditional boundaries. When faced with complex situations or difficult people, she navigates with integrity and a results-oriented focus. Her passion to drive new initiatives and support leaders and teams in adopting new ways of thinking and doing to innovate, grow and achieve objectives, is contagious.
Kristine has an M.A. in Leadership, Learning and Technology, is a certified Change Management Professional and was recently recognized as one of the Top 20 Women in Defence for 2018. She holds NATO Secret Clearance and is bilingual in English and French.
