Kristi is a Performance Consultant and Learning Experience Designer with over 20 years of experience delivering learning and people development solutions in business, government and higher education. Kristi excels at analysis of business strategy and learner needs, design and delivery of learning solutions, and program evaluation. She is experienced with curriculum design for diverse audiences and delivery channels, face-to-face and synchronous online classrooms, online self-study programs and eLearning, as well as informal and social learning.
Kristi has extensive experience in management and leadership development, and in the design of coaching solutions to support application of skills and behaviours to sustain learning in the workplace. She was recently honoured with the 2018 Teaching Excellence Award for facilitating programs at The University of Toronto’s, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), Continuing and Professional Learning department. In addition to being an instructor, Kristi is Co-Chair of the Online Learning Advisory Group in this faculty, and a member of the Curriculum Review Committee for Workplace Learning and Development.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Ontario, and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University.
